Printed documentation
Printed (or printable) documentation is often the best way of presenting information, despite the popularity of online documentation. Typically, we produce:
- User guides (procedure guides, process guides, policy guides, installation guides, feature guides, instruction manuals)
- Reference manuals (technical reference, administrator's reference, programmer's reference)
- Quick reference material (reference cards, wall charts, check lists, posters, crib cards)
You can have:
- Source files (typically Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format). You can use your preferred print supplier, or you can deliver the documents electronically to your customers.
- Finished bound volumes (we arrange the printing).
Reports
Unlike typical user instructions, this type of documentation presents only facts and information. Users generally are not expected to follow any instructions:
- Popular science articles
- Research reports (academic reports, industrial research reports, technical reports)
