TechScribe's mission is to produce software documentation that works, which means that your customers can use your software effectively. The result is decreased service desk costs and increased sales for you.
To design effective software documentation, we do the following things:
- We take a reader's perspective.
- We do not make the assumptions that experts make.
- We continue to ask questions until the answers are clear. Then we present that information clearly, simply, and logically.
Our area of expertise is online help and printed (or printable) user guides and reference manuals.
